juegaLinex BETA, codenamed “Dat”, launched

The first beta release of juegaLinEx is available.

juegaLinEx is a recopilation of more than 160 games for gnu/Linux, added to the stability of gnuLinEx 2004r1.

Technical notes:

- DVD release.
- Multi-language support, in the installer and the installed system. The user can choose between spanish, english, portuguese and italian, all in the same media.

- Friendlier desktop, including the easy LinEx Menu, for direct game access.
- Including the game "Linextremix en la Ruta de la Plata", developed by the students of the Centro Universitario de Mérida.

- Hardware reporting tool.
- Development tools included.

- Full compatibility with gnuLinEx 2004r1.
- Up-to-date gnuLinEx 2004r1 bug fixes included.

- Fun guaranteed.

NOTE: juegaLinEx is released in a BETA state. This means that bug reports and collaborations are highly appretiated. It's our wish to have all the included games in our own language, so we invite the community of gnuLinEx users to participate.

All the releases have names found in the Linextremix comic. Our first lucky guy is Dat.
